Terms, fulfilment & refunds
Our role
Tixbit is a ticket reseller/facilitator and may not be the official event organiser. Event schedules, admission and venue rules are controlled by the organiser.
Four-stage booking
A booking acknowledgment only holds inventory temporarily. After direct UPI payment, Tixbit verifies the bank credit, procures the ticket from its seller, and separately marks the ticket ready. Do not travel using a payment acknowledgment.
Supplier availability
Listings reflect availability known to Tixbit. If a paid ticket cannot be procured, Tixbit will arrange a refund to the original payer. The admin records the refund reference; bank processing time may apply.
Customer responsibility
Pay the exact amount before the hold expires, enter the correct UPI reference number, keep the private booking link safe, and follow organiser/venue rules.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on supplier and event rules shown before purchase. If procurement fails after verified payment, Tixbit refunds to the original UPI payer where possible.
