Cancellation policy

Before payment
Unpaid holds expire automatically after 15 minutes. No charge applies.
After payment
Once UPI is verified and procurement starts, cancellation may not be possible. Contact [email protected] or WhatsApp support immediately with your TIX- booking code.
Event cancelled
If an organiser cancels an event, Tixbit will follow supplier instructions and refund verified orders where applicable.
No-shows
Missed events due to customer no-show are generally non-refundable unless the event listing stated otherwise.
