Data we collect
We collect booking contact details, selected tickets, UPI reference numbers, order status and operational audit logs. We never request or store UPI PINs, bank passwords, card numbers or OTPs.
Why we use it
Data is used to hold inventory, verify payment, procure and deliver tickets, prevent fraud, provide support, send transactional emails and maintain business records.
Sharing
Necessary booking details may be shared with the ticket supplier or organiser to fulfil the order. We do not sell customer contact details.
Security & retention
Private booking links use high-entropy identifiers. Admin access is authenticated and changes are audited. Records are retained only as needed for fulfilment, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.

Regional preference
We store a city preference cookie (tixbit_city) so we can show relevant events. It may be set from your network region or when you choose a city. We do not use GPS prompts on the website.
Customer sign-in
Booking requires email sign-in. We store a secure session cookie (tixbit_customer) after you open the link we email you. Login links expire in 20 minutes.
