Is Tixbit the organiser?
Often we resell passes sourced from organisers or partners. The listing page describes the event; organiser rules always apply at the venue.
When do I get my ticket?
Usually within 3–4 hours after your payment is verified. You will receive email with a secure ticket link — not just a payment receipt.
Which UPI apps work?
Any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank apps). Pay the exact amount shown and enter the UTR/reference on the booking page.
How do I track my order?
Use /track with your private TIX- code from email, or open the link we sent you.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. Sign in at /login with your email. We send a one-time link from [email protected] — booking is tied to that inbox.
How do staff log in?
Resellers use /admin/login with credentials configured on the server. See the contact page for the full URL.
